Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date
  • You must have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
  • The item must not be a custom-made or personalized product

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization number
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item to the address provided in your return instructions
  6. Include the return authorization number with your shipment

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
  • Items without proof of purchase
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Items returned after the 30-day return period

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage when contacting us.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective item, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale items are eligible for return, subject to the same terms and conditions as regular-priced items.
